Appointments and bookings are completed following a security deposit paid either via online payment or bank transfer. Then, the remaining balance payment is made paid upon hospital check-in. Both cash/card payments are accepted, and our hospital's Sterling/US Dollar/EUR transaction fee is zero. However, a foreign transaction (FX) fee may still occur. It is a surcharge on your credit card bill that appears when you make a purchase that either passes through a foreign bank or is in a currency other than the original currency of your card. We recommend you double-check foreign transaction terms & conditions with your bank before you leave your home country.

Yes, we have interpreters to accompany you both pre and post operative process.

Yes, we will be glad to introduce you to all the touristic places where you can head, making your medical trip joyful. Also, depending on the procedures you will have done, you will be advised to plan it before the surgery or at the end of the second control appointment.

Additional costs depend on different parameters, such as flight costs (luggage size, class, etc.), extra garments(available upon order), prescription drugs, and lunch dinners at the hotel. On the other hand, you may need to spend extra to fulfill your special needs during the vacation.
