  1. Where is International Can Hospital Located?

    International Can Hospital is a group hospital which is located in İzmir and Manisa.

  2. Which airport should I choose to fly over?

    Once you decide to have surgery, you should book your arrival for Adnan Menderes Airport. Your operation manager from Can Hospital will help you with the easiest way of booking. 

  3. Do you have different payment methods?

    We accept all currencies in cash. Not only but also you can make your payment via Credit / Debit card. Moreover, mail order payment is also accepted. In mail order and Credit / Depit Card payments please be sure that your bank is not limiting oversea payments.

  4. Why do I need to pay deposit?

    The purpose of deposit then is to keep the offer safe for future. The given offers are valid for 6 months after you make deposit payment. So that, you will have enough time to plan your work or the tasks at home. Deposit is included in the price, so once you arrive here, you pay fort he remaining balance.

  5. Do I need a Visa to come to Turkey?

    UK, USA and European citizens doesn’t need visa to come to Turkey. You can check all details from the link below.

  6. Do you provide Accomodation and In-City Transfers?

    All of our medical packaces includes accomodation and VIP in-city transfers.

  7. Do the packages cover for my companion?

    Yes. You can come with your companion (1) to accompany you during your procedure. No additional costs will be charged

  8. Do I have to decide a certain date when I book the procedure?

    No. Once you pay the deposit during booking your surgery, it enables to choose a date any time in following 6 months. You can decide your exact date prior 1 months to your surgery.

  9. Can I see the doctor before arrival?

    Yes. You can have online consultation with the doctor after your medical consultant organise you an appointment for you.

  10. Do you provide Online After Care Service?

    Yes. We have a dedicated team of Aftercare Unit. You can contact your aftercare representative days, weeks an deven months later than your surgery for any quesiton in mind.

  11. Can I get Medical Invitation for Visa if required?

    Yes. After the booking procedures we will be glad to send you your medical invitation letter.
